We will require some access to the property for our partners and contractors, however, you won’t need to worry about cleaning for any “showings” or for closing. The only thing you’ll need to be thinking about is moving arrangements.

Our 6-Step Process

STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL

While we don’t need to always see the home, we do need some critical information regarding it to ensure we can help. This call has zero pressure and only takes about 10 minutes.

STEP 2: ANALYZE & CRAFT OFFERS

Once we’ve collected the facts, we’ll need about 1 business day to analyze all of the necessary data to create multiple offers aimed at solving your challenges.

STEP 3: OFFER CONSULTATION

Together, we’ll go over the offers. Our goal here is to present only WIN-WIN situations and to ensure you understand and feel comfortable with everything we’re presenting.

STEP 4: EXECUTE CONTRACT

We’ll prepare all of the necessary documents to achieve the goal: to get you to the closing table and get you paid. Everything is usually done via eSign and very convenient. 

STEP 5: CONTRACTOR ACCESS

We will need access to the property for our partners and contractors after contract execution. We try to limit this to only 2 or 3 times but ask for flexibility during this time.

STEP 6: CLOSING

All of our closings happen through a title company or an attorney so you can be certain that nothing will slip through the cracks and everything is done according to the law.
